FAQs

Parking

Accessible parking bays are located directly outside the main entrance.

Pathways

Our parking is sealed gravel with concrete pathways at the front entry, Grades are gentle throughout the site.

Facilities

An accessible toilet and shower facility are available on site.

Tours

Our Tag-Along Tour can be adapted to suit physical requirements, such as staying in the vehicle for parts of the tour. Let us know your needs before booking so we can tailor the experience for you.

Sensory

For the internal exhibit space, we can open outside of our normal hours and reduce or mute the interactive sound elements on request.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in both the interactive exhibit and the Tag-Along Tour.
